Privacy policy

Who is responsible for your information?

Mystiec is responsible for information submitted through this website. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to marcia@mystiec.com.

Church and centre enquiries

The enquiry form asks for your name, organisation, email address, telephone number, location, an optional proposed date and your message. This information is used only to respond to and manage your enquiry. It is sent directly to Marcia by email and is not sold or used for unrelated marketing.

Enquiry information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to manage the enquiry and any resulting arrangements, subject to legal or accounting requirements.

Online bookings and OnceHub

The booking calendar is supplied by OnceHub. When you load or use it, OnceHub may receive technical information and the booking details you choose to provide. OnceHub processes that information under its own privacy terms.

Technical information

Like most websites, the hosting server may keep security and access logs containing information such as an IP address, browser type, requested page and time of access. These logs are used to keep the website secure, reliable and functioning correctly.

Cookies

The Mystiec website uses a short-lived essential session cookie to protect the enquiry form. The embedded OnceHub calendar may use its own cookies when loaded. You can control non-essential cookies through your browser settings, although this may affect the booking calendar.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, restrict or object to its use, or request a portable copy. You may also withdraw consent for future processing. Contact marcia@mystiec.com to make a request.

You also have the right to raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
